This session is designed to downshift the nervous system, clear seasonal stagnation, and provide the restorative space needed to transition into Spring with clarity and ease.

The Experience:
• Somatic Release: A few energy releasing movements to start the evening (Humming, shaking, tapping).
• Yin Yoga: Floor-based, long-held stretches to release deep tension in the connective tissues and quiet the mind. 
• Yoga Nidra: You will be guided into a state of "yogic sleep"—a deep, meditative rest that allows the body to heal while the mind remains consciously aware. 
• Crystal Bowl Sound Bath: High-vibrational resonance of quartz crystal bowls will wash over you, clearing energetic blocks and lulling you into a state of pure relaxation.

No yoga experience is required. Come exactly as you are, and leave feeling deeply rested, resonant, and ready for the light of spring.
