About me:

Hi, I’m Kaitlyn! I’ve been teaching yoga since 2011, sharing yin yoga, alignment-focused Hatha and Vinyasa practices. My teaching is inspired by my lifelong curiosity about movement, mindfulness, and the connection between breath and body.

I hold certifications from Yogafit, High Vibe Yoga, and Practice Yoga Austin, and have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology. With over 5,000 hours of teaching experience, my approach combines anatomical expertise with a deep respect for the wisdom of the body and eastern practices. In my classes, I create a grounded and steady space where students feel empowered to explore their unique practice.

Yoga has been a constant thread in my life, first sparked by my dad’s teachings in meditation and mantra when I was a young girl. Today, my goal is to help others connect with their true selves, embrace mindful living, and carry the benefits of practice into their daily lives.
