Yoga to me…

Yoga is more than just a physical practice—it’s a practice of experiencing life more mindfully. It’s the connection between breath, movement, and presence, creating space for self-discovery and growth. For me, yoga is about becoming more and more at home in myself. It's a practice that grounds me in the present moment while also teaching me to embrace the spectrum of humanness with patience and resilience.

Over the years, yoga has evolved from something I did on the mat to something I carry with me every day. It’s in the way I breathe through challenges, the way I approach relationships, and the way I care for my mind and body. It reminds me to listen—to the wisdom of my breath and my body.

Yoga isn’t about perfect poses or mastering a handstand. It’s about showing up, meeting yourself where you are, and finding a little more regulation and balance. For me, it’s a practice of compassion, love, and connection—to myself and to the world around me.
